Cancellation terms and conditions
Right of cancellation
The delivered merchandises remain our unrestricted property until the complete payment of the price.
You can cancel the contract without the need of mentioning any particular cause within two weeks and in written form (i.e. letter, fax or e-mail). The deadline begins when you receive these instructions. The sending of the cancellation in time and form is sufficient to protect the right of cancellation. Consequences of the cancellation
Should there be a cancellation, both parties are obliged to return the received services. If you are not able to return the delivered merchandise totally or partially respectively only in bad condition you will be liable to return the equivalent value in compensation. (In the case of surrender of goods the previous clause is not valid if the damage of the merchandise can be traced exclusively to its quality verification or inspection, such as it would take place at a shop when buying merchandises. Besides, you can avoid the compensation by not using the merchandise as if it were your own property and by abstaining to perform acts that could damage it. Goods that can be sent in packets should be returned. You will bear the costs of return if the delivered goods match the goods you initially ordered and its price is not higher than £40 or if the price exceeds £40 when at the moment of the cancellation you have not yet performed your service or a contractual agreed partial payment. Otherwise the return will be free for you. Goods that cannot be sent in packets will be picked up at your home or business address.) You must fulfil the obligation of refund within 30 days after sending your cancellation.
Exceptions to the return obligation:
- Bespoke goods or goods that were produced following the personal specifications of the customer or those that are not appropriate to be sent back due to their nature or that can perish quickly or when their date of expiry has already arrived,
- Audio- or video recordings or software, if you have already unsealed the supports,
- Newspapers and magazines.
Shipment
The shipment usually will take place on the same day you order ( Monday to Friday), when the order is made before 2 p.m. In case of using the prepayment method, the shipping will take place on the same day of the payment reception.
We will inform you as soon as a product is not available on stock. Maximum delivery time is 14 days on receipt of your order respectively with payment in advance after receipt of your payment.
Guarantee
Guarantee is due to the legal regulations, whereas in case of defects of the merchandise we are entitled to send you a replacement or improve the defected one.
Should we not succeed in improving the goods or should the replacement be defected you may demand the reciprocal devolution of services, goods and agreed price, or the lowering of the purchasing price. Further information about the producer's guarantees can be found in the product documentation.
