Our Pranayama yoga cushion adapts perfectly to the form of the body thanks to the filling of polystyrene pearls. It has got a practical zip on the lateral side. 

The Pranayama cushion helps you when stretching both your spinal column and the rib cage to achieve a free breathing, which is the ideal complementary exercise for the upper side of the body and for the abdomen.  

• Resistant twill (smooth surface) 100% cotton

Advice: In order to adapt the height of the Pranayama cushion to your personal needs, just take some of the filling material out of the bolster. The filling of polystyrene pearls is protected against drop out, thanks to an internal piece of textile even when the zip is open.
